Surprise P&G Goodies for a New Mom #PGMom & Ding Dong Diaper Ditch Giveaway {03/31}

I cannot even begin to describe how anxious I was while I was pregnant with my Son. Time seemed to move slowly and the end of January did not seem to be coming fast enough. However, by the last 2 weeks of my pregnancy, time seemed to jump ahead. I was overwhelmed with everything that I wanted to get done before his arrival, but I was also super tired, which meant preparing the house for him became difficult and consuming. When he finally arrived, I was beyond excited. His adorable face made everything worth it and 7 weeks later, I am still in awe of him. However, since my Daughter was born almost 4 years ago, I had almost forgotten how many diapers and wipes a newborn goes through. Just keeping everything in stock in my home is a chore in itself. So when I read about the Ding Dong Diaper Ditch Challenge, which surprises a lucky mom in your community with must-have baby supplies, I was more than happy to jump at the opportunity!

Basically, I received a package of P&G products that included Pampers Size 1 Swaddlers, Pampers Sensitive Wipes, Ivory Snow Liquid Detergent, “Caring for Kids” book and an adorable Canada Onesie Set. I would then drop them off at the doorstop of a new mom and leave them as a surprise for her to find after she heard the doorbell. Since the weather here has been very unpredictable and often snowy, I decided to leave the products in a box to keep them safe on the doorstep. A friend of mine was kind enough to provide me with the name and address of a friend of her’s that recently had a baby. I did include a congratulations on having a new baby note with the package, but signed it with a kitty face instead of a name. My Husband was kind enough to drive the package over to her doorstep and get a great picture of it. I have no doubt that she was surprised to get it!
