When I think of my Mom, I often think of the delicious treats she would make or buy for us as kids. Since we absolutely could never get enough of cookies, I can remember her buying sandies. So when I came upon the recipe, I knew I had to make them. The Pecan Sandies turned out deliciously and are meant to be shared with those you love!
