Strawberry Shortcake with a Touch of Victorian

Summer is here. One of the best parts of summer is all the fabulous fruit that becomes available at my local grocer. One of my favourite fruits has always been strawberries. I especially love to feature strawberries in my dessert creations, specifically Strawberry Shortcake.

The recipe is not only ridiculously easy, but its no-bake. It makes the perfect addition to afternoon tea, which I experienced thanks to my gorgeous Cat & Mouse Tea Service from Victorian Trading Co.
